I would suggest the TPIC6B595.

Its a shiftregister+latch+driver and can drive 8 outputs with 50V / 0.5A.

Then you can cascade all them and need only 3 wire to your PC to control it.

Since you need 375 pieces of them you should use drives e.g. 74HC541 to reduce the fan out to about 50.
