I don't know yet, this is what the customer told me 1 day before I travelled to uk. Now since I'm back I will follow up on the subject and see it in real life.
Actually the customer wasn't aware of the huge cost for such project and didn't understand the amout of engineering work to be done to make it as small as possible.
