I have redesigned my welding controller as per the suggestions given by you guys in my earlier thread.
1. I am using a single board instead of two boards in order to get rid of the troubles pointed by KAI with split board design. [ The necessity of common mode filtering.
2. Use of ferrite at Vcc to micro as suggested by one of the forum member.
3. Smallest traces for crystal and associated 33pF capacitors.
4. Use of ground plane on top as well as bottom side and connecting the two ground planes ie. top and bottom by a number of vias.

etc. etc.

I am posting the layout the new PCB please provide your valuable comments and/or suggestions in order to improve my design.

You will notice that I am connecting the pads on the top as well as bottom ground planes. Kindly overlook that, Can't do anything about that my PCB software does it that way. I will use some gerber editor to correct this.
