Thank you very much for your comments and suggestions.

What are you expecting D1 to do?
D1 is a zener diode intended to protect from overvoltage as well as reverse polarity.

With OK1..5 (Opto Koupler?? Sounds a little Germanic!!)
you have weeved a track from your outside world through the cpu side.

I have rerouted the track away from CPU side. The layouts show the corrected stuff.
