Will this microcontroller have enough current to drive the transistor?
Try the datasheet And you will see the answer. A standard '51 port can sink a lot, but not source much. Put a resistor, say 4k7, from Vcc to the port pin. But before doing that verify with the datasheet that the derivative can sink thet. Erik |
