2SC1815 is not a power transistor. Both of BC548 (NPN) or BC558 (PNP) could be use for this purpose, does'nt care which one ...only depends how you connect it. 548/558 with letters A,B,or C, marks his HFE difference, C>B>A. So both of them in "C" version, could be better. But I think that,..... (kind of transistor) is not Rob's problem. |
