Is the TTL using less current? You're hoping to SOURCE current from the processor into the load, and demanding 1mA in your load resistor. You need 1mA/HFe current SOURCED into the BASE of your transistor, when its switching, you should see a square wave of ~0.6 V amplitude at 40 K on the base pin. What DO you see. Steve |
