Sorry I'm losing some here....Which are the "normal output setting" for you ? where it works fine. Detail technical specifications please. And ...are you sure that your generator is working fine in TTL levels ? TTL level, throught a 5k to base, with a 10K in colector, with emitter at GND, using a 2SC1815......MUST !!! work. If not ...please !!! measure between BASE and GND with the oscilloscope...like the guys said here...and answer...DO IT please. Regards. |
