Do you really think that standards are "for fun".

It was said to have been tested by the designer up to 19200 (as far as I remember).
BALONEY! this circuit has been "tested" by I do not know how many and, at least, ten threads here are "My TESTED circuit does not work on my new PC, since it is TESTED, it can not be the ciorcuit" and, of course the poster does not believe that something "tested" can be wrong.

This "circuit" belong in the category of "urban legend" and should be banned.

"testing" does not prove anything.
