 +1 Good Question		 #88833 - Kitchen Drain .. Unwanted Features
In seeing the recent thread about the Kitchen Sink and people submitting ideas about what they would like to see in a "new and improved" 8051 type controller I got the alternate idea to start a thread about the opposite subject.

What part of the design, architecture, instruction set, interrupt logic, port pins, or special function registers would you like to see dumped?

Is there something about the 8051/8052 that has bugged you since day 1 that you would be just as satisfied if it was now GONE?

Please post such ideas here. Maybe a new generation 8051 scheme that is less aggrivating to use will emerge.
