Locally, I buy a cup of the chocolate chips icecream for the same money than the vanilla (equivalent of 20 cents it was the last season most of the places except the city centre :-), it costs the icecream-man an extra penny or so; and I LIKE it, it's much better than the plain one.

There are places throughout the country where in hot summer you are happy to get the plain vanilla and there the people are buying all of it of course; you can get it home and pour some chocolate chips on it if you want.

Speaking silicon, the reason why millions of mcus are sold with little memory is probably because there is nothing better around; not that there is no market for it.
