I have never heard about that this opcode modifies CY flag. According Intel manual, the opcode is reserved. This opcode is not indicated in table "Instructions that Affect Flag Settings".
Although this opcode may set CY flag on some derivatives however you should not rely on that this is correct behaviour for all derivatives/vendors.
