I have a suggestion related to Illegal Posting(Sms or others) and Voting
You can put a warning vote In all members profile,
If mehdi post an illegal message like Sms(members point of view )
My warning vote increment one,If I vote a message illegal(that some one vote it overrated or underrated)
My warning vote increment one,....
When my warning vote reaches to 10,You can forbid him/her from scoring in the first step
If it reaches to 15 you can forbid him/her from posting for a week
If it reaches to 20,all of us understand he/she is not useful for this forum
and you can delete him/her from this message board
I wish with this rule many problems in this forum be solved!
