I wondered whether you use any electrolytic caps in this application. Here in rather cold Germany I use 105°C rated electrolytics, only to get very high reliability, as electrolytics show the highest 'fits' (failure in time) of all our used components, which can be improved a bit by choosing caps of higher temperature rating.
