GNDPA, GNDA, and GNDPLL are all connected to GND.
Presumably, this is a "star" earth point, where all these separate Grounds (GNDPA, GNDA, GNDPLL) are tied to the common System Ground (GND).

Where have you obtained this diagram?

Is this on a DevKit?
It is common on DevKits to provide such links with zero-ohm resistors, so that you can experiment with the effects of separating the grounds...
