89S53 and 89S8252 are available , check Ara Electronic or Majidco Micro Electronic.also they got Low Voltage types.
Level Converters are available and also 3.3v regulators , Check Javan Electronics.
It's been a year that i didn't bought a single outdated 89Cxx .
