#97706 - 3.3 V ??
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Hi all members,
89s53,89ls52,89lv52 are some 3.3 volt 8051 derivatives which can solve my problem,I search electronics shop here,I don't know but there aren't any of them here,89c1051,2051,4051 are existed, these mcu's can't meet my demands, one is for their small flash and second is for limited ports like P0
I have some 5 volt devices near main chip too,for instance LCD
It seems 89c52 is cheaper than 3.3 volt mcu's too,
all of above cases force me to selcet 89c52
I have now this question, how can i connect P0 and other pins to D36561,
Is there 5 volt to 3.3 volt level converter,(although it is implausible to find out here)
Can i correct this level of difference with diode?(is it legal)
Thanks beforehand
Mehdi
