either you have stated your dertivative wrong or this is your application code emitting the codes because you do not enter ISP.
Are you sure it is P89C51RC2HBA not P89C51RC2BHA ?

THIRD I guess you are actually having a P89C51RC2BHA and have blown the boot vector e.g. by having a RC reset.
