Oops!, I was under the impression that P89C51RD2BN is still available, as friend suggested me this as replacement, though he used a 40pin Dip package. And he too used a simple RC circuit :-) so I though this will be more suitable.
I guess P89V51Rx2 will require Reset IC!?
