it appears to be a NXP/Philips site (including that stupid annoying popup which appears when drawing the cursor over a link to datasheets etc.) with a strange mix of information, but there is the link to what appears to be a P89C51Rx2H errata

with no mention of RC reset induced bootvector loss.

Does anybody have any other errata for the mentioned chips?
