#124935 - AT89S8252-24PI
Hi gang, I am trying out the above chip and have not been able to get the chip to work. I am just trying to flash an LED at this point. The external circuitry is exactly the same as I use for and AT89C52. I am using a PG302 programmer with the proper adapter.

I think my problem may be with the reset circuit during normal operation. I use a 10uf cap from VCC to reset line, and then 8.2K resistor to ground.

All I want to do is see if this chip is good. I have 6 of them and can't get any of them to work.

Thanks

James Krushlucki
