What Darren is saying is that he should ensure that the reset vector at 0000 points to a higher address. WHile it makes little sense, that's what I believe he's saying. So, if he assembles his code to begin at 0100H instead of 0080H, it would be a higher initial ORG. I don't see the benefit, however.

Remember, he's got those cannabis plants growing ... you have to guess at what he means ...
