Try to get rid of the RC reset and get a proper reset IC.
It might not solve your problem but it's better to stay on the safe side. A 3 legger (e.g. MAX810 and its clones) would do. Also, are you sure it is an AT89S8252? Or is it AT89S8253? What is the timestamp on it? JW |
