the AT89S8252 is a 100000 years old design. This was discussed 100000 times already. Go and grab some brand new '51*

* OK I still advocate proper reset ICs etc. when using '51s as it appears so that the '51 manufacturers tend to @#$%^& up the internal resets brownouts and all those callthemwhatyouwants.
