#133100 - So far, It's never been an issue Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I normally use a "real" terminal when the chips are down, so to speak, so my use of the PC has been limited a small number of cases. The EVB's with which I've used the Winbook have always had the tiebacks to make the hardware handle the handshakes.
However, in this limited set ... if I use the tiebacks, it works. If I tell the terminal program, "No flow control," it works with the tiebacks, and doesn't work without them. In the one case in which I tried this, I used a null-modem type box and a board with no tiebacks (I removed them). Could this have to do with the "old" Windows version (W98SE)? RE |
