You don't have to mention the name of the company that you believe is copying your product.


A more careful wording might be "... that you suspect is copying ...." Of course, in my case it's a moot point since I have no idea how to accomplish what John is asking for.

Still, I think you raise an excellent point, without being offensive, that anyone who could help John would do well to consider and heed. Perhaps this is something he might need to be ready to address with anyone who does offer to help him out.
