I'm curious however, you still have not told us your company name or the make/model of the product that you suspect has been copied - please tell us why not.

He seems to have disappeared after I told him how to do a simple check for likelyhood of plagiarism. Maybe he found that the knockoff was not plagiarism or maybe???
