Here in India people get habit of copying right from school days. Most of student use ready made answer book (Here also called GUIDE) to write a answers of questions in book or journal. In class every one copies each others answers (Not during exam), those who are doing engineering, more then 90% student purchase ready made final year project including project report, they just have to signed the report. Every thing collage, university and boards knows but I don't know why they cant do any thing.
Still in our collage 8085 and 8155/8255 they are teaching (atleast in my city). Student enter hex code manual using matrix key board.
Electronic education is worst in India. Thats why India is not coming up in electronic area.
There are count less report/news in paper/magazine that people have degree but lacking in skill set.
