I have also seen, the LPCs, but the LPC7xx was only available as OTP (I hate OTP and will never return to it) and the LPC9xx works only at up to 3.6V.

Since Philips discontinued the 87C751, but I need to replace it in an older design, I found only one solution: I use now the ATMEGA8.
