if i'm right you want to interpolate the values between the descrete table. if this is true then, the the table you are posted is evenly distributed and you can use Newton Gregory interpolation formulae, which tries to fit a polynomial of some degree (depends upon your requirement) in to data and once done you can use that poly nomial to interpolate between the descretes.
