Hallo Steve,

I have seen an application where a pressure sensor showed exactly this performance, plotted by you! When pressure increased, signal followed the upper curve, but when pressure decreased afterwards signal showed performance of lower curve. This phenomenon is called 'hysteresis' and to my knowledge there is no way to put this performance into a look-up-table, because hyteresis normally is not predictable.
