Then the lesson is that as Engineers, NOT SOFTWARE engineers, NOT electronic engineers, but as ENGINEERS, we should ALWAYS look at the whole system, not with our little blinkers on.
I suspect that some of the little kicks you see in your original data are actually tolerances in the mechanics. NOW you can measure wear in the blade pitch gear, by monitoring the deviation from the perfect expected function perhaps ? Steve Incidentally ......
