#49330 - DRAM and how to interface it to 8051

Hi! Does anyone know where can I obtain some info on discrete DRAM memory chips or SIMM modules (30 or 72 pin) and how to interface them (especially the SIMM modules) to 8051? I found useful info only at the well known pjrc.com site, but I would like some more. I don't mean code, but some good literature (PDFs for example), schematics or block diagrams on this issue. Thanks...
