	DRAM and '51 is not a good combo. One of the advantages of a uC is the precise timing achievable as opposed to a uP. Putting DRAM in the mix destroy that advantage. If you do not need multimegabytes, the cost of the logic to handle refresh etc will be much more than the cost differential between SRAM and DRAM. Erik
