#55122 - RE: FPGA again Responding to: ???'s previous message |
"is does this CPLD
Then why, oh why does the title read "FPGA"" I need to program the fpga to interface with the buttons and leds, 7 seg displays on the DIO2 board. these i/o devices cannot be accessed directly, they go through the pre programmed in board CPLD. I will do that once I find out how to make delays with VHDL, because there is some timming to access the memory mapped peripherals through the CPLD. I'm glad that programming fpga is easier than programming 8052. Why did they invent vhdl?, pitty they didn't do it with C! this way I don't need to learn another stupid language. Can we start VHDL against C debate? mahmood |
