But dont know about their capablity ? as I have got no practical experience with FPGA ,If you have got some experience with it can you please explain if such tools are really powerfull ? I have seen forums praising this tool is it that much wonderfull.

Mahmood you can find even Free 8051 cores without TX,RX routines on the net .
