I don't know much 'bout FPGAs, HDLs, etc but, as I understand it, VHDL and Verilog are Hardware Drescription Languages (HDLs) - much as 'C' and Pascal are software programming Languages. Leonardo Spectrum is an HDL Tool Set or Environment - much as Keil's uVision is a software-development Tool Set or Environment

I'm sure Jez will correct me if I'm wrong...
