Is SnAgCu really emerging as the leading contender for Pb-free solder? The last time I looked it seemed that SnAgBi that was the apparent front-runner. And what is the status of the EU Pb-free requirement? I understand that in January 2005 (or is it 2006) all products sold in the EU will have to be Pb-free, and that there will be no "grandfathering" of product manufactured before the cutoff date.
