What exactly do you not understand? The main difference is that SPI has one clockline and one dataline SPI has four defined lines: - SCK : clock from Master; - MOSI: data shift out from master to slave input; - MISO: data shift into master from slave output; - SS : slave select (optional for SPI modes 2 and 3 but required for SPI modes 0 and 1).
