It seems that while the rest of world cares that we have lost so many of our country men, the premier Indian organisations like ISRO and NIO that were responsible for watching out for such natural events have string of excuses why they did not see this coming.
So here we are loosing more than a 1000 persons to a natural event almost 1500km away.
