Hi,

When there isn't enough time to evade, there is no chance. But if there is Trumpeting even 15 minutes earlier, there can be a marked difference in casualties. In pacific and for Japan there is absolutely very less time to escape but yet they have early warning systems.

It all comes to our attitudes towards remembering what happened 40 years ago can happen anytime again.

It all as well comes to our education and preparedness, awareness. In this part of the world, awareness is the least priority for everything, let alone Tsunami.

President BUSH has pledged cooperation for installing Early warning system in this region so that "all nations" would benefit from that. I am glad to hear from him, this is the best kind of Aid that US could offer.
