Both Ramtron & Fujitsu have recently anounced 128Kx8 parts. Sure. There are alot of FRAM products with different interfaces including memory-mapped, SPI and I2C. There are also Processor Companion serie which offers integrated solutions (FRAM + many needed things). For example, here our current product utilizes SiLabs C8051F120 chip and we attach Ramtron FM3164 to it via I2C. FM3164 includes 8kb of nonvolatile memory, RTC, power supervisor, watchdog, early power-fail comparator/interrupt, two battery-powered event counters and serial write-lock array. Regards, Oleg |
