#86382 - ZMD Responding to: ???'s previous message |

We are using them successfully. Caution, the Ramtron parallel FRAM needs clocked address, which might be a pain in an already manufactured board. The ZMD-kind does not - a true drop-in replacement. And on the web I have came across www.simtek.com too, seems the same, but have no experience. Jan Waclawek |
