Hi Andy,
Doing multilayers requires three things. The ability to control registration and to plate holes (even for two-sided boards), and the ability to laminate prepreg onto a core. This is true whether you are processing a single board prototype, or an 18"x24" production panel. The difference is that the controls are much more critical when you are using the larger format since the larger dimensions produce greater net-errors. |
