Thanks a lot for your kind reply. I have already contacted Agilent distributors for HCTL20xx chips but their MOQ is very high. I will be using the CPLD solution if I cant get HCTL20xx. Thanks for your contribution in hardware code library. Just now I noticed this ( -1 Answer is wrong ). Only want to tell you that its not from me. This karma system has been misused a lot.
