If you want a short term (1 or 2 year course), ITT Tech is a quality organization. They are not a 4 year university and they don't pretend to be. But some years ago, when I was a physicist at the SSC Lab, I worked with a couple of technicians who graduated from ITT Tech and was plenty impressed. You won't get the prestige of a normal 4 year university, but you will learn about electronics and can complete a B.Sc. in 3 years, or an A.Sc. in 18 to 24 months.

You may want to consider having the prestige associated with a full fledged university's name on your degree. If so, you should still consider 4 year universities. One of my undergraduate degrees is an A.Sc., a two year degree, in electronics technology. Many 4-year universities offer 2 year degrees.

The only thing I would add is that you may find immigration to the U.S., from Iran, difficult right now. That doesn't mean it's impossible, but you should go into it with open eyes.
