Agreed, as I said: "Typically you write a set of requirements that only the one you want can fulfill.." While I have not seen a requirement of playing the trombone, I have seen some quite fanciful ones. The typical is to find some totally unrelated experiences that your candidate has and require all of them. I have for instance seen ORACLE and Fortran as a requirement for programming cellphones in C. Erik |
