Hi Andy,

Presently we are using Philips 89C51X2BN / 89C52X2BN with 2 code banking <128K eprom> ; as we as 128k SRAM, 11.0592 crystal, Serial port.

our current size of code around 90K; Nos. of current / running task are 40, we are using same code in new system, running task required 64, after testing at 48 task, system getting slow.

We know only 8051, need to check the ARM, but lot of persons told us that in ARM; due to speed, need very professional design PCB/SMD components etc; buy changing the micro controller and compiler will not solve the problem; you will face new lot of design problems due to ARM.
