That seems to be the fundamental problem here!

Sandeep has not thought (enough) about his requirements, and how to meet them.

He also doesn't appear to have thought about why his current system is not meeting his requirements.

Without this fundamental information, it's fruitless to speculate what might (or might not) be a "better" solution...
