Other MCU's don't have this extreme limitation on how baud rates are created. Further, it's possible to generate standard baud rates from other crystals. What is the precise reason for using 11.0592 MHz, aside from the ease of generating one or another baud rate in an 805x? Other architectures use different BRG timebases. Were you even aware of that?

Why do you need the 805x architecture? Why do you need that particular crystal? Why do you need that amount of code memory (Why not 4GB or 256kB)? Why do you need that precise number of I/O's rather than 4 or 320?

What makes this "next?"
